One of our long standing commercial clients is the National Trust who have been providing on-going work at the Leconfield Estate in Petworth since our formation.
Recent project history (among others):
In 2005 we completed the installation of mechanical services to the De La Warr Pavilion project in Bexhill On Sea for English Heritage. The total refurbishment cost was £8.5 Million. The mechanical element was in the region of £700,000.
In 2006 we completed the mechanical services installation at Rambarts School of Ballet in Twickenham. The mechanical element of the project was £300,000. A subsequent order has just been placed with us for £44,000.00 for a further installation on the site.
Annually we successfully complete a number of replacement commercial boiler plant installations in schools/care homes throughout East and West Sussex ranging from £28,000 to £100,000 in value. All are completed to tight (summer shutdown) schedules.

Old Courthouse, Church Street, Brighton (lecture theatre refurbishment) - £50,000.00 mechanical services.
University of Brighton, Grand Parade, Brighton. Various mechanical services - £220,000.00.
Elim Church, Eastbourne. Value of mechanical services - £250,000.00.
